Please note that Matza is by nature a fragile item. Although we ship full cases only, in an effort to take extreme care to ship the matza in a way that allows for minimal or zero breakage, there are circumstances (primarily shipper handling) out of our control which may cause some matzot to break.

Please note that once the matza ships, it's out of our control and we will not replace or reimburse for broken matza.
