With 38 years of experience, Kisei Rachamim is known for their extra crispy texture, these matzot are baked with the highest standards of quality and kashrut. They are baked, left to dry and then baked a second time.

These matzot are baked, allowd to coll and dry and then baked again. This double baking process provides the extra crispyness.
